Message from co-founder

During my 3-year experience in the hotel industry, I have recognised the numerous challenges the visually impaired face during their stays at a hotel.

Although almost all hotels have “inclusive” rooms, this inclusivity rarely takes into consideration the needs of the visually impaired.

There are currently more than 250 million people worldwide living with visual impairments, yet their specific needs are often overlooked in hospitality design and service.

Through my combined experience in hospitality and the external assistive technology expertise, our team has developed practical solutions that hotels can implement to create smoother, stress-free experiences for these guests — from easier room navigation and tactile guides to accessible check-in processes.

A vacation should be a time of relaxation, not an added source of anxiety. At Sustain Lution, we’re working to ensure that every guest, regardless of their level of vision, feels safe, independent, and truly welcome.

Is this only for Hotels?

Of course not.
